Course Description
For as long as artists have been making art, they’ve been making art about food! From traditional still life to pop art images of diners or food packaging, from market to preparation to plate — there’s always an interesting angle for the artist’s exploration and the subjects are easily found in our fridge’s or pantries! Inspired by masterwork examples and dynamic exercises, explore the world of artistic possibilities to be drawn from — and painted from — your food! Students must bring materials.
