Summer Camps / March Break Camps
Cancellation by participant must be 2 weeks prior to scheduled start date, with the cancellation, you are subject to a $15 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior no refund is issued. If a parent wishes to switch a week prior to the start date and room is available no fee is charged.
Regular Courses
Regular Courses
Cancellation by a participant must be no later than 1 week prior to the start date of a course and are subject to a $15 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first class unless due to a medical reason supported by a doctor's note. In the event that VAM must cancel a course a full refund will be made.
Workshops / VAM Crashers / Membership / Juried Show Entry Fees
Workshops, VAM Crashers, VAM memberships and entry fees into a VAM Juried Show are all non-refundable.
