Summer Camps / March Break Camps

 

Cancellation by participant must be 2 weeks prior to scheduled start date, with the cancellation, you are subject to a $15 administrative fee.  If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior no refund is issued.  If a parent wishes to switch a week prior to the start date and room is available no fee is charged. 
 

Regular Courses

 

Cancellation by participant must be 1 week prior, subject to a  $15 administrative fee.  VAM will notify you if insufficient numbers for the class occur, if VAM cancels the class a full refund will occur for participant.
 

Workshops / ArtEscapes

 

No refunds for workshops or ArtEscapes will be issued, due to the cost of having the instructor booked months in advance.  VAM will notify you if insufficient numbers for the class occur, if VAM cancels the class a full refund will occur.
