The summer camp is run in week long segments. A 3- week rotation repeats throughout the summer. You can only register for a max of 3 weeks. I.E. your child wants a week in July and two weeks in August. We can do that making sure you don't repeat a week. Please see below when registering...... You don't have to take a week 1 before you can take a week 2 and so on.
W ork in a variety of mediums such as Papier Mache, Clay Sculpture, Watercolour, Pastels, Drawing, Cartooning and more.....
The Children are grouped together according to age for the entire week. They rotate in and out of different classrooms during the day. They will take home a variety of work as they complete it during the week. Some projects require a week to complete such as papier mache and or clay projects. A variety of mediums are presented each day. Morning recess and afternoon recess's are scheduled , the students will go outside weather permitting. Please bring appropriate summer wear i.e. sun screen, hat etc. Students must bring with them a lunch and snack. We have a strict nut and peanut policy in affect, all nut products are prohibited. A drink machine is available which also dispenses water, juice and pop. Friday is Pizza Day - each child receives 2 slices of pizza - please provide a drink and or supplement your child's lunch if needed. Friday - Bathing Suit and Water Gun Play- we finish up our weeklong projects in the morning, then have our pizza lunch and begin our water play outside weather permitting in the afternoon. The day begins at 8:30 for attendance, children will go into their respective classrooms at 8:45 a.m. First recess is 10:20 am for 20 minutes. Lunch begins at 12:00 noon and runs for 1 hour. Second recess is scheduled for 2:20 p.m. Release is at 4:30 p.m. Extended Hours: We offer early morning drop off 8:00 a.m. and late pick up to 5:30 p.m. Each half hour is an additional $5.00 per half hour per day. When registering please indicate if you need extended hours. Refund Policy: You must cancel one week prior to receive any money back. A $15.00 administration fee will be charged. If your child becomes ill during camp NO REFUNDS or credits are issued for another week. Parents are asked to remain outside the building for pick up. Our instructors will bring the students out by class for parental pick up. If someone other than the parent or guardian is picking up a child a note will be required by the office. I.D will be required if picking up a child early from camp. Please sign in with the office and present I.D. (driver's licence)
